I have 25 years experience as a depth psychotherapist and Jungian psychoanalyst and work with adults, adolescents and couples. I am on the faculty of the C.G. Jung Institute where I teach such courses as Dreams at the Beginning, Dreams at the End, Infant Observation, and Staying Awake in the Moment. I have been on the teaching /supervising faculties of J.F.K. University and California Institute of Integral Studies.

Individual adult and adolescent therapy

It is never too late to grow. Through careful attention to your dreams, unique history, and our immediate experience together in the room, I help you develop and tap into your creative center. Together we listen to the stories within your story – tracking the tensions and unconscious beliefs that stop you from living a fuller and more satisfying life. As a depth psychotherapist and Jungian analyst, I dedicate myself to what is most truly alive in the moment. No one way fits all.

Couples therapy

Too often we do not recognize, accept, and appreciate our differences. We are caught in unconscious fantasies and beliefs, which interfere with our ability to empathize and appreciate another. In this way, we miss many opportunities for closeness. Through active listening and reflective feedback I address the fears and longings that come up in relationships and you expand and discover your capacity for intimacy.
